My Time Is Your Time...

I accept (by default) we are on a constant treadmill and our life’s styles whether socially and/or culturally offer diverse dynamics that can throw curve balls!  Appreciating how difficult any matter can be to deal with alone, I can try to support you through your journey of discovery.

I offer a safe space for you to move on with thoughts and feelings that you may not have felt strong or ready to work with.  Having internalized your experiencing, you can then focus on matters that are affecting you whilst finding you.

My intention is that you feel comfortable with whatever and/or however you share your material as it is vital to your development and/or awareness.  Just as important, is how you leave the session, with a sense of feeling respected, valued, nourished, supported, and understood.  These feelings can aide such changes and convey how much you grow!

Sessions are about you, for you!  You are always in control of the content of your weekly sessions, so we work at your pace.
